Advolis and Orfis joined forces in 2018 to meet the shifting needs of businesses in a challenging context. 

Our ambition

We aim to work closely with our clients to provide services with high added value infused with innovation and flexibility. A long-term player in the market, we provide security in a context where each of us has a contribution to make to the bigger picture.

Advolis, an independent firm located in Paris, specializes in auditing and financial and transaction consulting. Founded in 2004 by a group of professionals from large firms, Advolis has developed long-term relationships based on trust with a wide range of organizations – private and public, mid-caps and large groups, and institutional and investment funds. 

Orfis, created in 1992 in Lyon, is one of the main independent audit, consulting and accounting firms in the Auvergne Rhône Alpes region of France. Orfis has multidisciplinary teams which support companies of all sizes: from start-ups to major international groups as well as various private and public organizations. Orfis provides guidance at every stage of their development.

Why did we join forces?

In an environment of constant technological disruption, companies need smart solutions to increasingly transverse and complex issues.

The creation of Advolis Orfis meets three objectives:

Creation of an agile structure with shared values where every individual counts.

Nurturing close relationships with our clients based on high added-value services that adapt to market developments.

Combining complementary expertise to increase our footprint in audit and consulting services while providing other essential and strategic skills for issues such as big data, AI, compliance, and tax.

International Presence

To improve our international reach, at the end of 2018 we joined Allinial Global, an international association of accounting firms with affiliates in 85 countries.
